Please contact Belinda Crews of Elevations Travel to book your airline ticket to the meeting.  Your airline ticket will be charged to the Avion Pharmaceuticals Master Account.  Belinda can be reached at:

Arrivals:

If you are part of Shannon’s 2022 Director Planning Monday Meeting- Please plan to arrive into to the Hilton Alpharetta on Monday, January 25th by 12:00 pm.  If you are unable to arrive by 11:30 am please fly in the night before.

 

If you are a Neurology Manager please plan to travel on Monday, January 24th so you are available to meet beginning at 8:30 am on Tuesday morning.

 

All others should plan to arrive to the Hilton Alpharetta by 5pm on Tuesday, January 25th for the Welcome Reception beginning at 6:30 pm.

 

Departures:

You may schedule your flight home at any time on Friday, January 28th.  The meeting will conclude after the evening event on Thursday evening.

 

Please Uber/Lyft to and from the Airport and expense your transportation to Avion Pharmaceuticals.

 

Dress Code:

Dress code for the meeting is business casual for all events.  Business casual includes but is not limited to slacks or khakis and a polo or blouse without a jacket or tie.
