Airline Reservations:

Airline travel to the Neurology Team National POA Meeting must be booked using Concur and must be booked at least two weeks prior to your travel date.  Be sure you have connected your corporate credit card to your profile in Concur prior to booking.

 

All travel must be coach class and scheduled for arrival in Atlanta no later than 3:00pm on Monday, August 1 unless you are part of training then please plan to be at the hotel by 11:30 am on Monday.  

 

Your return flight must be scheduled on Thursday unless you have Manager approval.

Arrivals:

If you are part of Monday Training Meeting- Please plan to arrive to the Hilton Alpharetta on Monday, August 1st by 11:30 am.  If you are unable to arrive by 11:30 am please fly in the night before.

 

All others should arrive into Atlanta by 3:00 pm on Monday.

 

Departures:

You may schedule your flight home at any time on Thursday, August 4th.  

 

Transportation:

Please Uber/Lyft to and from the Airport and expense your transportation to Avion Pharmaceuticals.  Car service will not be offered for this meeting.

 

Dress Code:

Dress code for the meeting is business casual.  Business casual includes but is not limited to slacks or khakis and a polo or blouse without a jacket or tie.  Evening events on Tuesday and Wednesday night will be casual.

 

Expense Travel Policy:

While in Atlanta. please adhere to the recent changes to the Employee Expense Travel Policy.  Remember, when meals are provided, you may not expense a meal unless you have prior manager approval; alcohol will not be reimbursed, and mini bar expenses are also not permitted.
