There will be a registration fee of $1000 per person this year for clients.  50% of the registration fee will be refunded if a reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event.  No refunds will be made for registrations cancelled within 30 days of the event.

SVS covers lodging for all Exchange client guests from Sunday night, March 26th through Wednesday night, March 29th with check out on Thursday, March 30th. Should your stay include nights before or after those dates, the financial responsibility will be yours. The room rate at The PGA National Resort is $379.00 per night plus 6% room tax and a $39.00 per night, per room resort fee plus 13% tax. The rate is guaranteed for SVS three days before and after the meeting. Rooms before and after the meeting are subject to availability.   Because PGA National Resort is a popular destination property in Florida, we STRONGLY encourage you to book your travel as soon as possible to ensure availability if you plan to stay additional nights. 

Important Note:  If you are unable to accept financial consideration from SVS for the payment of your hotel room, please indicate "Client Self Pay Accommodations" when registering for the conference.
